Fill in the quote form with the origin, destination, shipment type, package count, weight and dimensions. A product link or photos help but are optional. Our team reviews the details and comes back with the shipping options and current expected transit windows for your route.
Destination country, shipment type, number of packages, total weight and carton dimensions, plus the kind of goods. For Amazon FBA shipments we also need the fulfillment center code and whether prep is required.
Transit time is a chain — order processing, export handling, line haul, import clearance and last-mile delivery — and it changes with the line, the parcel profile and customs processing that week. Rather than publishing a single number, we give you the current expected window for the line we recommend.
Under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) the import duty and tax are handled as part of the agreed rate, so the recipient is not asked for payment on delivery. It is usually the right choice for B2C markets where an unexpected customs bill leads to refused parcels and refunds.
Yes. Every shipment is issued tracking that we pass back to you, and you can check the latest status on DingTrack, the shipment tracking platform within the Ding ecosystem.
Yes. We collect from multiple suppliers in China and consolidate into one shipment, either to save cost on parcel lines or to clear customs once on freight. This is common when a single order is split across factories.
Some categories — batteries, liquids, magnets, cosmetics, food-contact goods and certain wood or plant-based items — need specific lines or extra documentation. Tell us what you are shipping before we book and we will confirm what is possible for your destination.
DingDropshipping handles sourcing and fulfillment in China, DingWarehouse provides storage and order fulfillment, DingExpress moves goods internationally, and DingTrack tracks them. They are connected services, and you can use them together or just the part you need.

Still have a question?
Send it over. If it needs a specific answer for your route or product, we will work that out rather than give you a generic one.
Yes. We can collect from any supplier address in China. If the supplier is new to us we confirm the collection details in writing before dispatch, because a missed pickup is the most common cause of a delayed first shipment.
No minimum for parcel lines. For air and ocean freight, cost per unit only becomes sensible at volume, so we will tell you honestly when a shipment is too small for freight and a parcel line is the better answer.
You can attach packing photos, carton labels or product pictures to your quote request, which speeds up the review. If you need photos taken at our facility before dispatch, mention it in the requirements field of the quote form.
We tell you what the hold is for and what is needed to release it — usually a corrected document, a value clarification or a payment. Where we can act on it we do; where it depends on a party outside the chain, we keep you updated instead of going quiet.
