Gateways

Where your shipment leaves from

China's export gateways are not interchangeable. The departure point decides which lines and flight or vessel schedules are available to you.

We coordinate collections and departures from the main export hubs. If your supplier is inland, the goods are consolidated to a gateway first — which is often cheaper than booking from a smaller airport.

Shenzhen & Guangzhou

Southern China's electronics and consumer goods cluster, with the densest set of air and ocean departures to North America and Europe.

Yiwu & Ningbo

Yiwu for general merchandise and small commodities, Ningbo for ocean freight — one of the busiest container ports in the world.

Shanghai

Broad air and ocean coverage with frequent sailings and flights, often used when speed and schedule choice matter more than cost.

Inland consolidation

If your supplier is inland, goods are consolidated to a gateway first. This usually reduces cost even though it adds a domestic leg.

Three things that decide whether it goes smoothly

Almost every delayed shipment traces back to one of these.

Get the paperwork right first

A commercial invoice with an accurate description, quantity, declared value and HS code is the single biggest factor in clearing without a hold. Vague product names cause delays.

Pack for international handling

Cartons are stacked, scanned and transferred repeatedly. Under-packed cartons arrive damaged, and damage claims are far harder to win than correct packing is to do.

Decide who pays the import charges

DDP, or charges to the importer? Deciding this before dispatch avoids the most common cause of refused deliveries and support tickets in B2C markets.
